I'll mark this as the FIRST time my art has ever been of any use. There's a small store where I take drum lessons called JC's Drummin' music store. Anyways, they always have tons of stuff on the walls and have several paintings of drum sets. I gave [link] to my drum teacher, he loved it and decided to give it to the owner. Today the owner called me and told me he loved it, would hang it in the store, and he was even questioned about the piece as to whether or not it was for sale.

In a way it's sad that otherwise, this painting would remain in a sad untouched corner of my room along with all my other work until I get sick of looking at it and decide to throw it away. In away I'm glad that at least one of my pieces will be used for something.
